The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. mybos88 does not accept third-party deposits — only payment instruments registered in your own name are permitted.
4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. mybos88 targets processing of approved withdrawals within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers during normal operating hours (9am–2am MYT).
4.3 Verification Hold. First-time withdrawals, and any withdrawal where additional verification is triggered by mybos88's compliance system, may be subject to a hold pending identity document review. mybos88 will notify you of the required documents via your registered contact details.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on mybos88 are conducted in MYR. No currency conversion fees are charged by mybos88; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for cross-currency transactions.
mybos88 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including but not limited to:
mybos88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering or hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
6.1 General. All bets placed on mybos88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. mybos88 game rules are published within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Limits are displayed within each game or market before placing a bet. mybos88 reserves the right to impose individual member stake limits at its sole discretion.
6.3 Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome, mybos88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. mybos88's decision in such cases is final.
6.4 Sportsbook. Live in-play markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, mybos88 will exercise its own determination based on available credible data. Abandoned or void events are settled as per the individual market rules published on the Platform.
6.5 Payout Disputes. Any dispute regarding a payout must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction. mybos88 will not consider disputes raised outside this window.

mybos88 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the mybos88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, audio, video, text, trademarks, and the mybos88 brand name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of mybos88 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of mybos88.
Game content is licensed to mybos88 by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others) under separate licensing agreements. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and reserved.

10.1 By mybos88. mybos88 may suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) verification requirements remain unmet after a reasonable request period; or (d) continued operation of the account is required by a regulatory or law enforcement direction.
Upon closure for cause, mybos88 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any uninvested balance will be returned to the member's last verified payment method.
10.2 By Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting mybos88 support via live chat (available daily 9am–2am MYT). Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance following completion of pending bets will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being met.
